Panasonic 4k Pro Viera Tv

I only write on this blog if the event is about toys, TOYCON, books, comics and gadget. Upon the convincing power of my wife, Joy of Occasions of Joy,  I attended Panasonic event at Marriot Hotel, as Panasonic unveiled its expanded 2016 line up of 4K UHD LED TVs, in striving to understand and to meet the markets’ demands and to deliver a cutting-edge 4K UHD TV range with larger screen sizes and premium design.

Well, the event was well worth my time as I got to talk to Coach Nic Belasco and be introduced to Sue Danielson and Rovilson Fernandez.

With Panasonic Brand Slogan's “A Better Life, A Better World” , the latest generation of Panasonic’s 4K Pro TVs are shaping the future of television with innovations in 4K UHD and High Dynamic Range (HDR) technologies. For example, the top flagship DX900 reaffirms Panasonic’s commitment to bring the ultimate cinematic experience to the home. Not only is it Panasonic’s first ‘Ultra HD Premium’ certified TV, the DX900 also features a brand-new super accurate Studio Master HCX+ chipset and a new LCD panel which delivers outstanding 4K UHD picture quality just as Hollywood directors intended. The new line-up also delivers HDR performance further down the range, with DX700, both capable of handling High Dynamic Range video.

Complementing the 4K Pro feature, Panasonic 4K TV are powered by the newest version of Firefox OS (2.5). It allows consumers to access the smart features every day. It is graphically rich, intuitive interface that makes it quick and easy for consumers to track down their favorite content with ease.

Along with improved Smart TV features, the look of the 2016 line-up takes inspiration from interior design, with premium materials designed to adapt various lifestyles and elegant frames and pedestals

The 4K PRO Panasonic TV with Hexa Chroma Drive which will display images with superb brightness, deeper black & subtle gradation, and stunning colors that makes no colors left behind that will provide a different and interesting experience to every customers.
Panasonic introduces this year 14 new models: 2 flagship models, namely TH-65DX900S and TH-65DX700S with additional 3 4K models; TH-55DX650S, TH-49DX650S and TH-49DX400S; 3 Smart LED TV and 6 High Definition LED TVs.

Key features of Panasonic TV:

1. Picture Quality - 4K PRO Ultra HD with Hexa Chroma Drive Pro

Breathtakingly picture quality flows directly to the screen of  Panasonic TV. Brightness and colour contrast combine with 6 Colour Reproduction (RGB + CMY Colour Management) bring pictures that are so lifelike and there’s no colours left behind. The application of professional 3D Colour Management Systems make it possible to set colour space in extremely fine brightness steps for accurate color expression. Panasonic collaborates with a Hollywood Colourist, Mike Sowa, and International Filmmakers, Jon Cielo to ensure that our picture quality is true to the filmmaker’s vision and bring it into your living room.

2. Smart Feature - Firefox OS

Panasonic Smart TV has been powered by Firefox OS that allows you to access the smart features every day. It is graphically rich, intuitive interface that makes it quick and easy for you to track down your favorite content with ease. Incorporating my Home Screen 2.0, content in the platform is divided into easily navigable ‘decks’. There are three default decks – the Live TV deck, the Apps deck and the Devices deck - and you can also personalize your home screen by pinning your favourite content and apps to it. Firefox OS also offers improved connectivity due to the use of open Web standards and greater flexibility for developers through Web Application Programming Interface (Web API) that enable connected experiences across different platforms

PLDT, Smart and IDC for Philippine ICT Leadership Convention 2016

As one of the contributors of this blog, I only choose the events I cover. If it's about ToyCon, movies, books, and travel I say yes. And one more, I say yes to events that feature gadgets and anything about technology. An example of which is PLDT, Smart and IDC for Philippine ICT Leadership Convention 2016 Event last June 20 to 21 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom Manila.

Hosted by PLDT Enterprise, the corporate business group of PLDT, they talked about “SMACS” (Social, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Security) – are reshaping the strategies of enterprises and organizations.  The convention provided these business leaders with in-depth information on the future of the digital enterprise and the breakthrough technologies that will prominently figure in their business. The Philippine ICT Leadership Convention will highlight the strategic challenges and opportunities that digital technologies present to Philippine companies. The convention helped enterprises make this shift and usher in a more digitally-empowered Philippines.

“The advent of new digital platforms has introduced disruptive technologies that are changing the way enterprises are interacting with consumers and the digital world. Through the convention, PLDT, along with industry leaders, will provide our insights to serve as a knowledge base for enterprises, enable them to take advantage of these disruptive technologies, and promote growth in their businesses,” said PLDT Executive Vice President and ePLDT CEO Eric R. Alberto.
